From 23 pages to 5 documents
- 1Choose the file. From Home, Tools, Files, or “Smart Split with Dokulo” in another app’s share sheet.
- 2Find documents. Dokulo checks each page for letterheads, page numbers, blank pages and dates.
- 3Review the cuts. Each document is a row of thumbnails with a suggested name. Add or remove cuts, rename.
- 4Split. “5 documents”, each its own PDF. The original stack stays as it was.

Questions
Is my file uploaded?
No. Smart Split runs on your phone, in airplane mode too. Dokulo has no server for files.
Does it need the AI model?
No. It works with rules alone. With the model it checks the uncertain pages and suggests better names.
Can I fix a wrong cut?
Yes. Nothing is split until you confirm; tap between any two pages to add or remove a cut.
Do I need Pro?
You can run it once on a real file and keep the result. After that, Pro unlocks it for good: €9.99, one-time, no subscription.
